Kings Of Leon Announce Summer Amphitheater Tour

Kings Of Leon announced a third leg to their 2014 MECHANICAL BULL TOUR. Produced and promoted by Live Nation, the band will kick off the summer amphitheater tour on Thursday, July 31 at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in St. Louis, Mo.  Joining the Kings Of Leon on select dates this summer will be Young The Giant and Kongos.

The first leg of the 2014 MECHANICAL BULL TOUR was a resounding success. This band sold-out Madison Square Garden show and exclaimed, “The throngs of mostly 20 somethings seemingly knew the words to every song. The concert was exemplary,” while the Detroit News enthused, “The show was a muscular, high-end production.”

This event will take place during the 25th annual Billboard Latin Music Conference in  April 21-24, 2014. One of the most successful artists of all time, Enrique Iglesias has sold more than 100 million albums worldwide.  A multiple Billboard Latin Music and Billboard Music award winner, Iglesias has released nine studio albums to worldwide success and is known for such hits as “Bailamos,” “Cuando Me Enamoro,” with Juan Luis Guerra, “I Like It,” featuring Pitbull, and “Tonight (I’m Loving You),” which made him the first male performer to have the most No. 1s on Billboard’s Dance Club Songs chart.  He has also achieved seven No. 1s on Billboard’s Top Latin Albums chart and multiple No. 1s across the Billboard charts.

Iglesias holds the Billboard record for the most No. 1 singles on the Hot Latin Songs chart with 24, including his recent hits “El Perdedor” featuring Marco Antonio Solis, and “Loco” with Romeo Santos, both included on his tenth album, SEX AND LOVE, which launched some days ago.  SEX AND LOVE features 16 tracks including “I’m a Freak” featuring Pitbull, “Noche y Dia” featuring Yandel and Juan Magan, “Beautiful” with Kyle Minogue, and “Me Cuesta Tanto Olvidarte.” Iglesias is competing for seven Billboard Latin Music Awards.

The 40-year-old group has to face some issues with Ace Frehley and Peter Criss who despite of being part of the band, you never hear from anyone else. It is more important their money and their personal differences insted of being flexible and share good music with the newest members of the band.
