Heavy Metal Singer Dee Snider Wins $325,000 on Behalf of Moms and Babies

Dee Snider, heavy metal singer turned radio host and actor, was the winning Project Manager last night on NBC’s The Celebrity Apprentice and donated $325,000 from fundraising efforts to the March of Dimes.

As a celebrity contestant, Dee used his fame, personal connections and business acumen to raise money and win the task.  He endured long hours, grueling deadlines, intellectual challenges, personality clashes and intense scrutiny under the careful watch of Donald Trump and his advisors. However, the challenges were faced head-on in expectation of a greater goal — raising money and awareness for his charity of choice, March of Dimes Bikers for Babies.

Before Lady Gaga became an international success, she was known as Stefani Germanotta. Stepani worked at a restaurant with a photographer Malgorzata Saniewska. In 2005, Malgorzata offered Stepani a free photoshoot, Malgorzata had no idea that her co-worker would be born a pop-star. Malgorzata stated that Gaga was humble, down to earth, and generous. “But even with all the fame she’s still the same girl”, stated Malgorzata. “The fact that we ran into each other and she came up to me, she didn’t say ‘Hi’ and run off. She stood there for 15 minutes, just chatting. She remembered my name, she remembered who I was, and she had so much to say. She’s still the same person to me”. Nicki Minaj Asks López to “Scoot Over”

Nicki Minaj performed her latest hit “Starships” in American Idol. She asked one of the judges Jennifer Lopez, to “scoot over a little bit” from the judges’ table. Jennifer Lopez’s response was not so friendly “There’s not enough room for both of us!” Jennifer laughed nervously. Looks like Minaj cannot move Lopez from the throne.

Nicki’s album Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded will be released April 3rd. She has been tweeting about the release date and a picture for the album proves that her looks never get boring. Get those eyelashes ready because Nicki is taking the throne.

Dancing With The Stars First to get Eliminated

Tennis champ Martina Navratilova and partner Tony Dovolani became the first pair to be eliminated in Season 14 of “Dancing with the Stars” after receiving the lowest scores. Gavin DeGraw and Karina Smirnoff was another couple that scored low and are in jeopardy. These dancers better step it up if they want to stay. Next week, the couples will tell a personal story, while trying to remember steps to their routine. 

Madonna and Deadmau5 Dispute

Deadmau5 critiqued Madonna for stating “How many people in this crowd have seen Molly?” appropriating a bit of well-known slang for seeking MDMA. Deadmau5 stated “your a role model for millions”. Madonna responded “I do not support drug use” and clarified that her comment was in fact a reference to the song “Have You Seen Molly” by Cedric Gervais. Deadmau5 responded to the singer’s tweet by “fair enough, i was just voicing my concerns as i usually do. +1 respect for clearing it up personally.”

Madonna responds “Communication is always best. You should have called me first, we could have cleared it up privately”.  Deadmau5 replies “sure. regardless, just be a little more aware of what you *should* represent at EDM events, and ill watch my mouth.”

Bieber Releases Album "Believe"

Justin Bieber has released the first single from his upcoming album, Believe. “Boyfriend” is an edgier track that finds the teen idol singing and rapping. The album hit radio today and is available exclusively on iTunes for one week. The track was co-written written by Bieber, Mike Posner, Mason D. Levy and Mat Musto, with Levy and Posner producing.

Gotye Scheduled to Perform with SNL

Gotye is making his SNL performance on the world-renowned comedy show this Saturday, April 14–right before his Coachella dates. Gotye’s video “Somebody That I Used To Know” has become a viral sensation. Wouter “Wally” De Backer (stage name Gotye) is an Austrialian musician and songwriter, who has strong love for the arts and will be performing in Coachella. Gotye is somebody that we all definitely know.
