Gene Simmons helped Eddie Van Halen out early on according to the oldest member of the group. The makeup is Kiss’ trademark. When they are in the makeup, who is behind it does not matter and many fans are not focus on each member of the band, their fans are focus in their music, The Runaways had more to do with Van Halen’s success than Kiss and this rumor was around the time of Kiss’ 1982 album, Creatures of the Night, the virtuoso guitarist was “very serious” about making the change in a delusional version of history.
Kiss are involved in some discrepancies

These guys are always talking how they do everything for their fans. However, Kiss is unable to agree on which lineup should perform during the April 10 ceremony in New York City, and has decided not to plug in at all. The 40-year-old group has to face some issues with Ace Frehley and Peter Criss who despite of being part of the band, you never hear from anyone else. It is more important their money and their personal differences insted of being flexible and share good music with the newest members of the band.
