A Tom Cruise's film was plagarized

Hollywood reads scripts and “borrows” plots and ideas because ideas and plots cannot be copyrighted. However a demandant has filed a $1 billion copyright infringement lawsuit against Tom Cruise, and Film Company  alleging that “Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol” was stolen from a script he wrote.
