“Deadpool” is the first explicit superhero

By Jenny Alvarez

During 1 hr. 40 min. the most unconventional anti-hero, Deadpool tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.

A perfect film based on love, humor and action are well combined. Despite being a failed Marvel Comics’ superhero, this character reflects some pure feelings and looks unbreakable. Reynolds is terrific, brave, straight forward in a comic way with his opinions and frantic nature. This might be enjoyable for some viewers with clever pre-emptive strike silly stereotypes and basically becomes in an original antihero with no limits of violence, sex, and cynicism. Definitely a character that would be consider the best mutant of salty humor and great humor.

Marvel Studios and parent company Disney announced that the “Captain America” followup scheduled to debut April 4, 2014. It is announced that “Captain America” will pick up where the “Avengers” left off, “as Steve Rogers continues his affiliation with Nick Fury and S.H.I.E.L.D. and struggles to embrace his role in the modern world.” The original “Captain America” began in the 1940s and saw scrawny Steve Rogers become a chemically enhanced super-soldier who helped save the Allies during World War II, “the sequel will keep him in his chronological position in the present day.
