Jon M. Chu is directing The Jem and the Holograms Movie and the cast has been revealed. Nashville star Aubrey Peeples will play the lead singer. Aubrey Peeples, best known for a role on TV’s Nashville, will play Jem. Disney star Stefanie Scott is Jem’s sister Kimber, Aurora Perrineau (Pretty Little Liars) is Shana and Hayley Kiyoko (Lemonade Mouth) is Aja. The script was written by Ryan Landels. Were that the case, they would indeed be better.
